Fortune 500 Insurance Company, Residential Properties located in Randolph, New Jersey. This Scope of Service included Professional Environmental Consulting, Site Remediation and Restoration
Services. Included in the Restoration Services are the: performance of preliminary and final soil borings and soil
sampling, hydro punch groundwater sampling, excavation and removal of 500 gallon UST
Systems, excavation, loading, transportation and disposal of non-hazardous contaminated
soils, removal, treatment and disposal of non-hazardous liquids, and final restoration and construction of disturbed areas. Also,
The Entech Group, Inc. prepared the Site Investigation and Final Remedial Action Reports
for submittal to governmental agencies. The Entech Group, Inc. acted as both Prime and Sub Contractors for these Projects.

Fortune 500 Insurance Company, Residential property located in Lake Hiawatha, New Jersey. Due to an Above Ground Storage Take (AST) discharge of #2 heating oil product at the residential Project, Entech performed emergency Environmental Remediation Services.
This Scope of Work included Professional Environmental Services to perform the following: an initial site investigation, performance of initial preliminary soil borings and soil
sampling, installation and removal of temporary well points and groundwater collection and
sampling. The installation of groundwater collection structures an "cut off" trenches to inter collect, pump and store petroleum contaminated groundwater from discharging to a local storm water collection system. Entech also installed a temporary air venting system within the residential structure to minimize petroleum odors within a crawl space area. Entech also properly stored and disposed of non-hazardous liquids collected from the emergency "contaminated groundwater recovery / pump
system." Entech is currently in the process of designing a groundwater pump and treat system, as well evaluating available options for proper remediation of petroleum based product. Upon receipt to the Permit by Rule, Entech will install, operate and maintain the system. Entech will perform interim and final soil and groundwater sample collection and analysis and upon remediation of the areas of concern will prepare a Remedial Action Report, which will request a "No Further Action" letter from
the NJDEP.
