Not many people realize that the building sector is the largest source of global warming pollution in the United States.  Buildings and their incorporated appliances account for up to one third of all green house gas emissions produced by the U.S. each year. Commercial buildings also account for approximately 18% of all U.S. electrical consumption.  Taking action to increase a facility’s energy efficiency will go a long way towards improving our current environmental situation.
