What You Can Expect

UST (Underground Storage Tank) Removal Details

Entech will:

• Perform a FREE site visit to answer your questions and provide you with a proposal for services
• At your request, complete and submit all necessary permit applications to your local municipality
• Schedule an inspection with your municipality to coincide with the oil tank removal
• Contact the NJ One Call Center to request a markout of all underground utility lines (thus protecting the lines and ensuring the safety of all persons in the area)
• Backfill the excavated region with certified clean fill material to fill the hole where the UST had been removed and restore the site as per the proposals specifications.
• Prepare and submit a final summary package that includes all oil tank closure documentation, Entech certification, and grant application.

AST (Aboveground Storage Tank) Installation Details

Entech will:

• At your request, complete and submit all necessary permit applications to your local municipality
• Schedule an inspection with your municipality to coincide with the oil tank installation
• Supply labor, equipment, and materials to install an aboveground storage tank of your choice in an indoor or outdoor area agreed upon by the homeowner and an Entech representative
• Prepare and submit a final summary package that includes all oil tank installation documentation, Entech certification, and grant application.

Grant & Loan Facilitation Details

Entech will:

• Prepare and submit a grant application to the client*
• Answer any remaining questions you may have regarding your project

*Homeowner must provide financial information and a non-refundable $250 grant application fee to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
