• Performed 3rd party site investigation services associated with the
  reported release of heating oil from a 550 gallon UST (underground storage tank) system
• Supervised UST closure and soil remediation activities that resulted in the removal
  of approximately 48.5 tons of contaminated soil and 450 gallons of oily water from the property
• Installed 1 monitoring well for groundwater evaluation
• Utilized Enhanced Fluid Recovery events to remediate contaminated groundwater
• Prepared and submitted a Remedial Investigation / Remedial Action
  Work Plan Report to the NJDEP and requested a NFA (No Further Action) letter

Project Highlights

• Insurance company paid $56,226 (100% cost coverage)
• NFA letter was received 15 months after start of project
