• Performed 3rd party site investigation services associated with the
  reported release of heating oil from a 550 gallon UST (underground storage tank) system
• Supervised soil remediation activities that resulted in the removal of
  approximately 26.3 tons of contaminated soil from the property
• Installed 1 monitoring well for groundwater evaluation
• Prepared and submitted a Remedial Action Report to the NJDEP and
  requested a NFA (No Further Action) letter

• NFA letter was received 2 months after report submission
• Entire project lasted 17 months from start to finish
