Construction Management Project Related Experiences

Utilities Inc. of Maryland, Upper Marlboro, Maryland. The Applicant / Operator is Montague Sewer and Water Company, of Montague Township, New Jersey. The Project is located within the High Point Country Club community located in Monague, Sussex County, New Jersey. The High Point Country Club currently consists of approximately one (1) eighteen hole golf course, 168 individual residential / apartment buildings and one (1) restaurant. The Scope of Work consists of assisting the Owner and Owner's Representatives with performing Professional Environmental, Site Engineering, and Construction related professional services.  Environmental Services for this Project include a review of existing potential site conditions, which may impact the proposed facility improvements such as the new "300' stream buffer" wetlands and stream encroachment concerns.

Site Engineering for this phase of the Project include a review of previous reports and studies, as well as the preparation of construction plans and details associated with portions of the wastewater conveyance, treatment and disposal system(s). The typical wastewater system includes: sanitary manholes, sanitary piping network, wastewater pump station consisting of wet wells, chambers, piping appurtenances and electrical components, on - site disposal systems (approximately 7,500 sf to 10,000 sf each). Additional engineering services include the testing of the existing disposal beds to determine functionality. Based on the test results, Entech will prepare and submit documents and materials to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Division of Water Quality for a Treatment Works Application (TWA). Entech is under contract to perform construction related services to include but not limited to, the installation of a new wastewater pump station, the installation of new on -site sewage disposal bed systems and final restoration activities. Entech has also been retained to investigate additional portions of the wastewater conveyance and treatment and disposal systems. Besides investigating these, Entech has been authorized to prepare a preliminary Water Assessment Study of the existing system, which services the High Point Country Club development. The Entech Group, Inc. is the Prime Contractor for this Project.
