Construction Management Project Related Experiences

Salesians of Don Bosco (Don Bosco Technical High School), New Rochelle, New York. The Professional Services provided include: the performance of a Preliminary Environmental Assessment for the 250,000 SF facility, preparation of Asbestos Management Plan and documentation, assistance with respect to the testing and reporting on the on - site UST's (one (1) 10,000 gallon UST, one (1) 6,000 gallon UST and one (1) 15,000 gallon UST) containing heating oil. Proper closure of one (1) 10,000 gallon UST included preliminary soil and groundwater samplings, final restoration activities and the preparation of a Site Investigation Plan and Report.  Also completed were Asbestos Abatement and interior building restoration activities; and inventory, classification and proper transportation and disposal of unknown chemicals, installation of gas supply piping system and upgrade and repair of multiple building roof (s).

Entech was also successful in obtaining an estimated financial grant / loan totaling $150,000 from the NJDEP and NJEDA to assist the Client in offsetting the Environmental Service Fees. Entech, along with an affiliated specialist, provided Master Planning services that included:  the preparation of multiple concrete floor plan designs, review of site and land planning issues, preparation of conceptual site plans and confirmation of the 100 year flood plain delineated limits as provided by the US Army Corp of Engineers. During the design and construction of various facility improvements, including the new computer facility, Entech performed construction management services that consist of the preparation of construction contract documents, construction contract administration, quality assurance inspections, review of progress payment requests and project closeouts activities. The Entech Group, Inc. is the Prime Contractor.
